At the age of 8 her parents passed away several months apart. A legal dispute regarding her parents will and estate led to Ashleigh to have an Attorney assigned to her. It was the first time she remembers really having her own voice. That attorney’s zealous advocacy inspired Ashleigh to become an attorney herself and give others a voice.
