Founding Partner
Ashleigh Raso is a founding partner at Nigh Goldenberg Raso & Vaughn, where she
focuses her practice on product liability litigation involving defective medical devices and
pharmaceutical drugs. Based in Minneapolis, Ashleigh is dedicated to representing
individuals harmed by corporate negligence and works tirelessly to ensure her clients
receive the justice and compensation they deserve.
Ashleigh’s passion for advocacy is deeply rooted in personal experiences that shaped
her belief in fairness and accountability. She earned dual degrees — a B.A. and B.S. —
from Winona State University and obtained her J.D. from William Mitchell College of
Law in 2012.
Throughout her career, Ashleigh has played key leadership roles in major mass tort
litigations. She has held positions in several federal multidistrict litigations. Her peers
have recognized her leadership and service with numerous honors, including the AAJ
Above and Beyond Award and the Widemann & Wysocki Award.
An active member of the legal community, Ashleigh has chaired both the New Lawyers
Division and the LGBT Caucus for the American Association for Justice, as well as
the New Lawyers Division for the Minnesota Association for Justice. She continues
to volunteer her time with organizations that support access to justice and professional
mentorship.
Outside the courtroom, Ashleigh enjoys hiking, playing volleyball, powerlifting, and
spending time with her dog, Baileigh.
