Founding Partner
Ashleigh Raso is a founding partner at Nigh Goldenberg Raso & Vaughn, practicing product liability law with a focus on medical devices and pharmaceutical drugs. Based in Minneapolis, she is dedicated to representing individuals harmed by corporate negligence, striving to ensure they receive the compensation they deserve.
Ashleigh’s commitment to justice was inspired by personal experiences in her youth, leading her to pursue a legal career where she could advocate for others. She holds a B.A. and B.S. from Winona State University and earned her J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law in 2012.
Throughout her career, Ashleigh has held significant leadership roles in mass tort litigation, including serving as Liaison Counsel for the Florida Exactech Litigation and holding positions in various federal multidistrict litigations. Her peers have recognized her contributions with numerous awards, such as the AAJ Above and Beyond Award and the Widemann & Wysocki Award.
Beyond her legal practice, Ashleigh is actively involved in the legal community, having volunteered for several different organizations as well as chairing the New Lawyers Division early in her career for both the Minnesota Association of Justice and American Association of Justice. Ashleigh also chaired the LGBT Caucus for the American Association for Justice.
In her personal time, Ashleigh enjoys hiking, playing volleyball, powerlifting, and spending time with her dog, Baileigh.
