Critical Litigation Deadlines

- 02/13/2026: Cutoff for Initial Claimants
Deadline for individuals to have already filed a lawsuit or signed a tolling agreement to qualify for specific expedited award categories. - 05/07/2026: Deadline for Attorneys’ Fees Application
The date by which Class Counsel must submit their motion for fees and service awards to the Court. - 06/04/2026: Deadline for Exclusion (Opt-Out) Requests
Requests must be postmarked or electronically submitted by this date to preserve the right to sue for compensatory damages outside the settlement. - 06/04/2026: Deadline for Filing Written Objections
The final date to file a formal objection to any part of the proposed settlement or fee request with the Court. - 07/09/2026: Final Fairness Hearing (9:00 a.m. CT)
The scheduled hearing at the Civil Courts Building in St. Louis to determine if the settlement is fair, reasonable, and adequate.
Claims & Award Determination
The settlement utilizes a rigorous scoring system to distribute awards ranging from $6,000 to over $165,000.
NHL Subtype Classifications
Per the filed Exhibit, the Allocation Special Master categorizes diagnoses as follows:
- Aggressive NHL: Includes Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL), Burkitt Lymphoma, and Mantle Cell Lymphoma.
- Indolent NHL: Includes Follicular Lymphoma, Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL), and Hairy Cell Leukemia.
