Biography

Marlene Goldenberg grew up working in her family’s law firm and held nearly every position in the firm prior to co-founding her own law firm. Today, Marlene Goldenberg’s practice is largely devoted to advocating for those who have been impacted by defective medical devices, dangerous pharmaceutical drugs, or sexual abuse

Marlene Goldenberg also specializes in individual personal injury, sexual assault, product liability, and medical malpractice claims. Marlene has been specifically chosen by judges and special masters to serve on Plaintiff Steering Committees and Plaintiff Executive Committees in national litigations, including the Valsartan lawsuit MDL 2875,  Paraquat lawsuit MDL 3004, Uber lawsuit MDL 3084, and in the Phenylephrine lawsuit MDL 3089.

Marlene Goldenberg believes strongly that the law should be a vehicle for making the world a better and safer place for all of us.
