Ashley is a Senior Paralegal based in Florida with extensive experience in Mass Tort litigation, focusing on complex pharmaceutical and consumer-related cases. She is known for her organizational precision, proactive case management, and commitment to ensuring clients feel informed and supported throughout the litigation process.

Ashley earned her degree in Paralegal Studies from Northwest Florida State College and has been in the legal field for nearly a decade, working for Founding Partner Daniel Nigh. She values the unique structure of Mass Tort litigation, where she can assist large groups of clients while still ensuring each individual case receives the attention and care it deserves.

Originally from a military family, Ashley spent part of her early childhood in Alaska, Alabama and North Carolina before settling in Florida, where she has lived since the early 2000’s. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, journaling, collecting cards and spending time with her husband.
