Critical Litigation Deadlines

Claims & Award Determination

The settlement utilizes a rigorous scoring system to distribute awards ranging from $6,000 to over $165,000.

NHL Subtype Classifications

Per the filed Exhibit, the Allocation Special Master categorizes diagnoses as follows:

• Aggressive NHL: Includes Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL), Burkitt Lymphoma, and Mantle Cell Lymphoma.
• Indolent NHL: Includes Follicular Lymphoma, Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL), and Hairy Cell Leukemia.
